Chernihiv Regional Library for Youth, also known as the House of Tarnovsky. Built in 1902, the building survived shelling by the Bolsheviks in 1918-1919 and survived in the Second World War under the bombs of the German Nazis.
Destroyed as a result of an airstrike by Russian troops on March 11, 2022.
